We are a firm based in Santa Cruz with a national and international practice, led by five partners who set out to build the firm they would have wanted to hire: one that thinks from the business, not only from the law. One that puts prevention before reaction. And one that stays with its clients beyond a single transaction, through the decisions and challenges that follow.
The firm grew out of years of practicing together, advising companies and business families on some of the most demanding transactions in the country. From that experience we drew one conviction: sound advice begins with understanding the business, and prevention is always preferable to litigation.
We work as a compact, multidisciplinary team, in direct contact with every client and connected to international legal networks. That allows us to respond quickly, with sound judgment, and to an international standard.
